In addition to assisting you with all of your buying and selling needs, Cornerstone Realty & Rental, LLC. serves as a property management vendor.  Shea Sykes, Cornerstone’s Broker & Manager, is a licensed and experienced individual who will ensure that you receive the maximum benefit from your property while maintaining the property’s quality. 

Our property management services include (but are not limited to):

• Vacancy Cleaning

• Quarterly Inspections

• Eviction Attorney 

Cornerstone Realty & Rental, LLC. will retain 10% of the gross rents collected and you can choose the level of control given to our company.  If you would like Cornerstone Realty & Rental to provide full management services they will provide you with monthly progress reports to keep you informed.  If you would like to retain partial control of your property’s maintenance or other needed services, just let us know and we will customize your monthly reports.  We also provide a service for our owners where they can log-in to our property management software online to view real time transactions and activity for each of their properties.

In order to earn and keep your confidence, Cornerstone Realty & Rental, LLC. will provide you, the owner, with full quarterly reports including the condition of your property, the current financial record, and any suggestions for property improvement. These reports are in addition to your monthly statements and are provided to keep you informed on your property’s condition.
